Totally hypothetical question, but let’s pretend Jack were still a baby who sleeps in a crib. If you and someone you worked with had a disagreement in the workplace, and said person decided to break into your home and threaten Jack in his crib, how long do you think it would take you to confront this person? How many workdays would you put in before doing something about it?
